MOST PEOPLE DON'T FAIL BECAUSE THEY DON'T WORK HARD. THEY FAIL BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TRAIN.

Training is like driving a car: you get results only when you know how to operate your body. I'm here to guide you.

After losing 45 lbs in 13 weeks to become a fitness model in South Korea, I realized how fitness can transform a person's life and decided to pursue my path as a trainer.

I studied as a physiotherapist assistant in college and later earned my NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential. Over the past 6 years, I've worked with clients in gyms and physiotherapy clinics, helping them reach their individual fitness goals.

Each session is designed to make sure you understand the what, why, and how of every exercise.

WHY TRAIN WITH ME

I don't just count reps. I read movement.

BODY MECHANICS

With a deep understanding of human anatomy from my physiotherapy background, I notice the details clients often miss: posture, alignment, and movement patterns in every exercise.

INTENTIONAL TRAINING

Every rep has a reason. Every set has a purpose. You'll never wonder why you're doing something, because I'll explain the what, the why, and the how.

BUILT FOR PROFESSIONALS

Designed for people who sit at desks and want to feel strong without living in a gym. Training that improves your posture at work and your performance after work.

INJURY INTELLIGENCE

Injury-aware strength training that builds resilience and supports long-term progress. Strengthen your body, protect against past injuries, and improve long-term performance.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

COMMON QUESTIONS

We start with a full movement assessment. I'll analyze your posture, mobility, and movement patterns to understand how your body works. From there, I design a program tailored to your specific needs and goals.

I train clients in-person in Toronto. Contact me to discuss location options that work best for your schedule.

My personal training sessions typically range between $100 and $115 per session (tax included) depending on our training frequency and long-term goals, no hidden fees. Book a free consultation and I'll put together a plan and price that fits your situation.

In many cases, yes, it depends on your specific condition. With my physiotherapy background, I design programs that account for past injuries and focus on rebuilding strength safely. However, if you are experiencing acute pain, have had recent surgery, or require medical clearance, we will address this during your consultation before starting. The goal is to strengthen your body and prevent re-injury, not push through pain.

I start with a movement analysis and design a program tailored to how your body moves and your fitness goals, rather than slotting you into a pre-made routine. Every exercise has a clear purpose, so you'll understand why you're doing it, not just follow instructions.

That's completely fine. When I first meet a new client, I treat everyone the same from the start. I observe your movement, consider your fitness goals, identify where you might need support or improvement, and design your program around that. The focus is on making sure you move correctly from the start and progress safely and effectively, regardless of whether you're a beginner or more experienced.

Absolutely not. In my training career, I've worked with many clients in their 70s and 80s. Many of them have gained strength, recovered resilience after injuries, and stay active through sports or outdoor activities after training with me. I teach exercises tailored to each individual, and there are always movements that will benefit you. It's never too late. The best time to start is now.
